A: No. All TATALA™ products are made-to-order. Each item is produced only after an order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and waste.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Orders begin production shortly after purchase. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Q: How long does production take?
A: Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

Please note that production time does not include shipping time.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping time depends on your location after production is completed:

  • Canada & USA: approx. 5–10 business days

  • International: approx. 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Q: How do I choose the correct size?
A: Please carefully review the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. Measurements are listed in centimeters and inches.

Q: What if the size doesn’t fit?
A: Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing preference. Please double-check measurements before purchasing.

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Preference in color or style

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
